My Very Veggie Blog

An Austin-based blog about being a vegan in Texas.

VegFusion is a recipe/food blog with extras like reviews -restaurants, books, places to shop, ingredients and nutrition information. It's written by a clinical nutritionist, Master of Natural Therapies, writer and recipe creator. VegFusion aims to demonstrate that just because you choose not to eat meat does not mean that you cannot be a “foodie” and have a much wider and varied repertoire than just pasta or salad. While I was still studying nutrition in Australia, my food and nutrition related articles have been published back in Turkey in an agricultural magazine called Agroskop.
